Pinot Noir 2011
The soft, velvety and cherry flavours on the nose of this wine lingers on the palate. Smooth tannins through careful oak maturation make this a well balanced wine. The grapes were handpicked, a difficult vine to grow, but ideally suited to the lime-rich soil of the Lord’s terroir.
Chardonnay/Barrel Fermented 2013
Full fresh tropical/citrus flavours, complexed delicately with sift tannins to give it crispiness on the finish. The grapes were hand-picked, fermented and matured in French Oak barrels for 8 months. Best served chilled.
Boulder Bay Shiraz
A wine of intense dark fruit with typical spicy and pepper flavors, hint of oak and a soft round finish.
Pinot Noir 2010
The cultivar is a beautifully smooth, medium-bodied wine cherry and plum flavours complexed with soft tannins from its 14 month maturation in new French Oak barrels. The grapes were handpicked, difficult wine to grow but ideally suited to the lime-rich soil of Lord’s terroir.
A refreshing and aromatic dry white wine with a lingering aftertaste and fresh crisp swallow. Crisp fresh style, citrus aromas with grassy tropical fruit flavours. Serve chilled.
Boulder Bay Chenin Blanc
Medium bodied with red berry and ripe plummy flavours, notes of blackberry and hints of soft oak spices. The ripe, rounded tannins fill the mouth and nuances of red berry flavours linger on the palate.
Lord's MCC Brut
Chardonnay Pinot Noir Mehode Cap Classique, a well-balanced, full-bodied on the palate with a hint of yeastiness on the nore. Bottled matured on the lees for 12 months. Fresh green apple and raspberry aromas. Serve chilled.
Craft Pinot Noir
The fresh fruit and sweet spice follow with a palate mixture of red cherry and ripe strawberry. An easy drinking style wine with a lingering velvety aftertaste. The grapes were handpicked and crafted to perfection. A difficult vine to grow but ideall suited to the lime-rich soil of the Lord’s terroir.
